PROiT provides B2B services and collects data in the public domain in order to identify potential customers and promote our services to companies we think we could help, through 'word of mouth' recommendations, through direct communication with you in order to qualify whether our services could be of benefit to you, or to fulfil any contract with you.
From time to time, and if you have opted-in to receive marketing emails from us, we may send you informational or promotional emails or request feedback from you via email. If you no longer require information from us you may opt-out from a link in the email. You can also request for your data to be removed from our database at any time.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, no one other than ourselves or any other third parties who have an authorised business need to know will have access to it.
We will only use your information for the purpose in which you intended and hang on to it for no longer than is required for the purposes of satisfying any proposal, follow-up, contract, legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
